I reached out hoping they’d sort my issue, but somehow it’s still not properly fixed. The replies took their time, and I had to keep following up, which was a lovely use of my day. I’m not exactly thrilled with how it was handled.

I ordered a personalized ribbon with a specific text and design, but it showed up looking different from what I requested. From my point of view, the personalization just didn’t match my order at all. I reached out to customer support, but the response wasn’t very helpful, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. I needed it for an event, so I was disappointed. Personally, I wouldn’t order personalized ribbon from them again.

The ribbon looked really nice when it first showed up, so I was hopeful. But after using it for just a short time, the edges started fraying and it didn’t feel nearly as sturdy as I expected. I’d say it’s probably fine for something super light, but not if you need it to stay neat or hold up well. Shipping was okay, but I was also disappointed that there was no follow-up at all after I had issues.

I ordered some ribbon and it showed up quickly, faster than I thought it would. The tracking was sorta easy to follow too. I’m only taking one star off because the box was a little bent when it arrived, but the ribbon itself was totally fine.

I placed a bulk order for custom ribbons for an event, and overall the ribbons looked good. The colors were close to what we had in mind, and the quality was solid enough that I didn’t have any real complaints there.

The part that made me a bit uneasy was the handling and communication. I had to check in more than once about the timeline and the split boxes, and the updates came slower than I would’ve liked for something tied to a specific event date. It did arrive in time, thankfully, but close enough that I was definitely worried. I’d consider ordering again, but for a large order I’d probably build in extra time just to be safe.

The ribbons themselves turned out fine, but the turnaround took longer than I was expecting. I ended up waiting past the time I had planned for, and it threw off my schedule. It’s frustrating because now I don’t feel like I can really trust their timing if I need something by a certain date

I ended up using ribbonbydesign.com because I really didn’t want to buy a huge amount of ribbon for just one event. I only needed enough for what I was working on, not a bunch of extra rolls taking up space afterward.
The lower minimum order was the main reason I went with them. A lot of other sites I checked made me feel like I had to overbuy, so this was a much better fit. If they ever changed that and started requiring big orders, I’d probably have to look somewhere else.

I’m giving 4 stars because the website took me a little bit to figure out, but once I got through it, everything was smooth. Overall, it was a good experience and worked well for what I needed.

I liked that the prices were right there before I ordered, which sounds basic but isn’t always the case. Nothing weird or extra popped up at checkout, so that was a relief. I do wish the shipping cost showed up a little earlier, though maybe I just missed it while clicking around. Overall, it felt fair

I was a little disappointed when it arrived. The colors looked different from the pictures online, actually, not just different, kind of cheaper-looking than I expected.

This felt way overpriced for what I actually got. I kept hoping it would be better, but in the end it just felt like I wasted my money and my energy dealing with it.

I had to approve the proof twice, and even after that I still wasn’t totally sure everything was good to go before printing. It just felt more confusing than it needed to be, like, make it make sense. Not the best experience.

I had a frustrating experience trying to get a straight answer from them. I’d send a question, wait longer than expected, and then when they finally replied, it didn’t really cover what I was asking.
After a while, you start feeling like you’re chasing basic information that should’ve been easy to provide. The products might be totally fine, but the poor communication made me not want to order again.

Returning this was way more of a hassle than I expected. It took foreverrr to get sorted out, and the whole process just felt way more annoying than it needed to be.

It worked fine for my small project, but I’m not sure I’d trust it for anything bigger or more heavy-duty. Overall, not bad, but not really a standout either.

The whole experience was just kind of disappointing, and when I reached out for help it felt like I was getting copy-paste support replies instead of someone actually reading what I wrote. Nothing was horrible, but it definitely didn’t make me want to come back...

I thought the site was okay overall, and I guess the ribbons they do have are fine, but I was expecting a lot more to choose from. A bunch of the colors and styles I needed weren’t available, and several of the options looked almost the same to me. It’s not bad if you only need something basic, but if you’re hoping for a wider variety, it might be a little disappointing.
